RANDALL HARRIS JOINS QUIKSILVER WAKE TEAM Secures Top Honors From Wakeboarding Magazine

(Huntington Beach, CA) October 17, 2007 – Randall Harris’ life has been pretty good over the last few months. At WakeBoarding Magazine’s fourth-annual Wake awards last month, Harris took home two of the most highly coveted awards: “2007 Wake-Rider of the Year” and “Video Section of the Year.’ Now, Quiksilver is finally announcing what many in the industry had long suspected: Harris is the newest addition to Quiksilver’s talented wake team. [Editors Note: Most of us thought Randall had already signed a while back, but I guess this makes it Official.]

With a company the size of Quiksilver it was hard to cover the entire line so we decided to sit down for a “quik” interview with pro team rider and wake team manager Ben Greenwood instead. Ben has built a strong team of stand out athletes, stand out maybe not in contest results, but in riding prowess. You’re sure to recognize names like Randall Harris, Collin Harrington, Jeff House and young ripper Jacob Valdez and they sum up a small but impressionable team. Let’s see what Ben has to say about his crew, next year and Quiksilver.
