Its sad to say that Correct Craft not only has had its best people making their boats, some with 25 years in the company, quit because of bad blood in the company, even their family owners have left the co. They even had a layoff that they did not even tell their Foreman's of it coming. Firing drivers after they lie to them about no work for them, as outside trucks pull their loads, shame on them. The family company turns cold on the employees

I wish more companies would offer this kind of insight from their upper management. That kind of transparency goes a long way for consumers and makes the company feel more connected to the industry (something Correct Craft could definitely benefit from IMHO).

Another company that does an incredible job with this is Tesla Motors (www.teslamotors.com/blogs.php). It's given them a ton of free marketing.
