CWB Booth - Surf Expo 2007

CWB Booth Trevor HansenConnelly Wakeboards made another great showing at expo with their team riders backing the booth full bore. With the booth split by an aisle it forced expo patrons to walk straight through the booth as they navigated to their destinations.

As far as wakeboard changes CWB didn’t appear to have many real changes or new releases except graphics throughout and the already pre-released 2008 Marius Pro model by team rider Trevor Hansen. The real attraction was the changes they made to their boot line and the drastic change from 8 inch insert spacing on their plates to 6 inch spacing to really slim down the look and weight of their binding. Along with the plate changes they also redirected the flip in their hinge system to cut down on snags and accidental releases and converted to a snow style construction which eliminates any metal hardware in the assembly. Overall these boots were a standout for CWB and gets them more on track with the direction of the entire industry.
